Employee stated he was helping lift mine cable to hang when he felt pain in lower back area. This 7000-1 is being filed in order to terminate a citation written during a Part 50 Audit. We do not agree that this was a reportable injury. We do not accommodate ""restricted work activity"" at Excel Mining. Time sheets show he returned to his regular job the next day.
