## Narrative

Employee was conducting routine pm walk down of the belts near the P5/P6 transfer chute when ee bent down to clear the rocks from the walkway when the Air Canon fired causing the mountain side door of the chute to come open. The door hit the employee on the right side of the head giving ee a concussion. Employee was wearing  hard hat and all appropriate PPE.
