Narrative

On 4/1/2016, an employee working assisting with a shovel move. As ee applied tension to the rope to remove the slack. The rope broke causing the employee to stumble backwards and fall striking elbow on the base of the cable tower. On 4/8/2016, the employee was seen in Urgent Care and treated for an post injury infection.
