## Narrative

Unplugging 1/8"" lime from product chute using hammer caused product to surge onto belt and become airborne and into employee's eyes.  Employee flushed eyes at plant and was taken to the emergency room for additional flushing and examination. Employee was given a precautionary prescription and returned to work. Eyes were not damaged.
