The employee was entering the #2 portal shop in a trolley jeep when the trolley pole struck EE in the arm and injured elbow. The following were not a factor: Rules, regs, mining equipment or systems, skills, proficiency, training and protective devices on equipment or clothing. Attitude may have been a factor.
