## Narrative

Employee stated employee was cleaning out the bucket of the maintenance scoop. A conveyor motor was in the bucket and needed to be removed. The employee pulled on the motor to slide it out of the bucket. When employee did this, employee felt pain in employee's lower back. This resulted in a back strain and lost work days.
