## Narrative

A Miner Operator was walking between the rib and the bore miner, when a section of roof (approximately 6""x6"") separated from the mine roof and fell striking the tail section of the miner. In doing so, a fragmented piece 18""x6"" struck the employee on the side of their head, shoulder and arm.  This resulted in the employee sustaining a laceration to their right triceps.
