## Narrative

Employee was operating a scoop on the 6 West section. The employee was going outby to load up some roof bolts to take up to the roof bolter up on the section. In the process of tramming the scoop, employee ran over a cinder block that was in the roadway. This caused the employee to be shook around in the scoop and employee felt a pain in employee's back.
