Narrative

Employee was removing a cover from the Getman tractor, as EE was sliding the cover off the front of the tractor EE dropped it and then tried to catch it and pinched EE's left pinky finger in between the cover and the bumper of the tractor. EE received 6 stitches to close the wound.
