The injured was hauling dust in a battery coal hauler across the unit when the coal hauler struck a scoop that was unoccupied and parked. On 4-22-2016 the injured employee revisited the doctor and it was discovered EE had two partial thickness tears in EE's right shoulder. At that time the employee was placed on restricted duty.
