## Narrative

The employee claimed that a fully loaded ram car left the face area and ran over EE's foot. Two different x-rays were taken and there was no fracture or any soft tissue damage to the foot. EE was given a boot to wear and follow up with Orthopedic Doctor. We are investigating this accident.
