## Narrative

Employee was operating a scoop on the 17 Headgate Section. Employee was attempting to remove a set of air lock doors with the scoop. After the employee bumped the left side of the doors to break the doors free employee bumped the right side of the door. When the employee got out of the scoop a piece of rock fell from the mine rib and struck the employee in the head.
