EE states that on an unknown day in January 2016, EE pulling on a tire that was ""laced"" with other tires. EE described a pop of crack sound coming from lower back, and subsequent back pain that extends down EE's left leg. A doctor has excused EE from work until 6/2/16. EE reported the injury on 4/26/16.
