## Narrative

Employee was busting up a piece of rock that was beside the rib at 21 break on the Parallel Mains ""A"" belt line. After the employee busted the rock into some smaller pieces employee was going to place the rock on the beltline. In the process of lifting the rock onto the beltline employee felt a pain in employee's stomach and groin area.
