Narrative

Employee was attempting to move shearer rack wheel from scoop bucket to put at parts car in 3E section. After attempting to move it EE felt a pop in right bicep. EE started missing work on 4/26/16. There were no compliance issues. It didn't involve job skills proficiency training attitude PPE or protective devices. No equipment involved. No other part 50 criteria applies.
