## Narrative

Employee was removing approx. 4 - 5.25"" grinding balls that were mixed with the 1.5"" balls. When EE picked up the first one, it slipped from gloved hand and hit the ground. Some unknown object struck EE in the mouth, breaking a tooth. EE was taken to dentist and tooth was capped.
