## Narrative

One employee was holding a 1/2"" inch rod that was pointed on one end. The victim was holding a rubber water hose that was plugged up with sand and running the hose on and off the rod, trying to unplug it. The hose slipped off the rod as the victim pushed causing the rod to puncture  hand.
