Narrative

Employee was splicing a car cable. EE split one side of the cable and started to finish the other side. Another employee noticed bleeding and it was discovered that EE had a small cut on knuckle. EE had not even realized there was a cut. The cut required 2 stitches. Cut resistant gloves were available.
