## Narrative

Injured riding on inby side of 15 man diesel mantrip. Mantrip operator did not notice that 206 spur (9 South) was thrown for turn, or motors were present and ran into the switch, striking a motor. Injured struck head and left knee on interior of mantrip. No problem with mining methods, training, PPE, or compliance issues.
