## Narrative

Employee was working in Mine Engineering office when ee felt a bite by an insect on left shoulder. EE visually inspected the area noticed redness and swelling. The next day the ""itchiness"" continued. EE noticed large red spot where the bite was located. Employee taken to clinic; bite area was infected. EE was treated for infection - employee nursing.
