## Narrative

Employee was pulling out of a drill hole with the jackleg when the leg kicked out causing the jackleg to drop un-expectantly pinching the employees left little finger between the machine and a feed frame of a diamond drill. Employee was seen by the medic and referred to the ER, no sutures were required and x-rays were negative, but restrictions were issued.
