EE had completed fueling and was climbing to operator's station to record the Equip. hours when EE lost hand hold (at about the first step above the tracks) and fell onto the ground.  EE was examined by physician and treated for bruised back and sprained wrist.  Placed on restricted duty pending follow-up and clearance by Phys.
