## Narrative

While removing a top belt cradle, the employee felt a pain in groin and lower back.  The accident occurred because the employee failed to get assistance removing the cradle.  The employee did not violate any rules, regulations or policies.  The employee had on the appropriate PPE, was properly trained in the job functions and has a good attitude.
