Narrative

A maintenance employee was using a torch to cut metal from a piece of equipment. Debris fell into the top of safety glasses and got into eyes. Employee used an eye wash bottle to wash eye out. On 5/17 the employee contacted supervisor and said that eye was still bothering and was watering a lot. The employee was brought to the clinic and prescribed eye drops.
