Narrative

Injured was dropping high voltage cable jumpers in the longwall power car spur in 2 East (56 block). When transitioning from roof to floor EE struck the gloved left index finger against a rib bolt with a metal burr, resulting in a laceration that required 1 suture. No problem with PPE, training, mining methods or compliance issues. Missed no work.
