A roof fall occurred in the 4 west seal air coarse in the intersection of 25 crosscut. The fall was approximately 16ft wide by 12 feet high and the length is unknown. It did impede travel of the 4 West seals return air course and it could not be traveled in its entirety. The air course is being rerouted. No other 50.20 criteria applies.
