## Narrative

Employee was disconnecting and rolling up 4"" flat discharge hose from a trash pump.  As employee attempted to unlatch the QD fitting, the right hand was cut by the end of the band-it clamp tail causing a laceration on base of right thumb.  Employee saw doctor and received 2 stitches.
