## Narrative

Employee was changing a 4"" drill bit to a 4.5"" drill bit on a Drill mobile equipment. The employee was changing it in the vertical position, when the drill rod came loose, dropping 2"" smashing employees finger. Severe cut and broken finger to the ring finger and contusion to the index finger.
