## Narrative

On January 26th, 2016, injured employee was attempting to make a splice on #1 surface belt. IE was carrying a nail board to the work area when they tripped over a center cam roller submerged in the snow. IE finished shift & did not miss any work. On 5-18-2016 IE notified management they were going off work due to the injury suffered on 1-26-2016.
