## Narrative

IE was carrying tools back to tool hole from working on the miner which had already been fixed. EE had tools in both arms and a small shovel under EE's arm when EE got tripped up on EE's feet and fell to the ground on EE's knees. Causing EE's left knee to swell. IE continued to work but pain and swelling progressed. Employee did not report on next scheduled shift.
