Narrative

EE was delivering stone to the location for Lincoln Contracting. As the bed of the truck was being lowered electricity from the powerline allegedly arced striking the bed of the truck. Upon inspecting for fire at the right rear of the truck, the right front tire exploded striking EE with debris. MSHA jurisdiction is in question by Marshall County Coal Company.
