Employee had eaten lunch sitting in a pickup. When finished, went to a shed to get some rags, opened the back door of the pickup, became disoriented due to personal medical condition, fell to one knee then backwards, causing pain in knee. ONGOING, waiting to be seen by orthopedic specialist.
