## Narrative

Injured was pulling mule cable slack down 24W longwall recovery face, with several other miners, and felt pain in right neck and shoulder area, radiating down arm. Worked next shift, but began missing on 6/8/16 for a right trapezius muscle strain. No problems with mining equipment, ppe, training or compliance issues.
