Narrative

Was in process of weekly examination of bleeders & was walking in 10WTG when I stepped over loose rock & twisted knee. Cause of injury was wet conditions. Incident didn't involve any aspect of compliance with rules/regulations/PPE. Miner proficiency may have been a factor. Started missing work. 6/9/16
