## Narrative

The IE and another mechanic went to help lift the tongue of a trailer to hook up to a scoop. They were using a miner bit as a pin. As the trailer was pinned they let the weight off of the tongue, it kicked the bottom of the miner bit out causing the top end to shift towards the battery pinching EE's L index finger. This caused a laceration to EE's finger which required 5 sutures.
