Employee & 2 other workers were lifting a rock over the side board of the reclaim belt. As they lifted EE felt a pop in right shoulder followed by sharp pain. EE was seen at a treatment facility on 3/13/16 & was released with restrictions. EE worked normal job within the restrictions until 6/14/16 when it was determined the shoulder needed to be surgically repaired.
