## Narrative

Employee was working as a roof bolter operator on the 012-0 MMU. Stated was sitting on the RBM with leg in the middle isle, a piece of rock approximately 20"" long x 14"" wide x 8"" thick fell from the top and struck right lower leg. This resulted in a laceration, which required sutures to repair.
