## Narrative

The employee walked around the rear of welding truck where EE slipped on loose gravel and fell to the ground. EE felt a ""pop"" and sharp pain in  left knee. EE got back up under own power and was taken back to the employee clockhouse. First aid was administered at the time and the employee was taken to the hospital by a family member for further examination.
