## Narrative

Employee loading drilled holes in the face. This involves using a hose to inject emulsion into the holes. The employee was pulling the hose from one hole to the next. It was caught on a rock on the mine floor. Employee pulled the hose to get it to the next hole and felt a pop in R bicep. Diagnosis was minor tear in bicep, limited duty, restricted use of R arm.
