Medical evidence received on 6-17-2016 indicate that this employee was granted a 10% permanent partial disability award for Occupational Pneumoconiosis. The accident occurred because the employee failed to use respiratory protection during employment. The employee was properly trained, did not violate any rules, regulations or policies and has a good attitude.
