## Narrative

Employee was trying to put draw bar pin in draw bar at 2 West on the mainline track. When pin would not go in EE had the locomotive move and it moved the pin and caught finger. There were no compliance issues. It didn't involve job skills proficiency training or attitude PPE or protective devices no equipment involved. No other part 50 criteria applies.
