## Narrative

IGNITION - Occurred on No. 12 section in the No. 2 to No. 3 crosscut.  The Continuous Miner was cutting coal and rock when a bleeder in the mine floor was ignited, the flame lasted about 30 seconds or less and was extinguished with a fire extinguisher.
