Narrative

On 6/17, while logging a blast pattern an EE rolled ankle on a rock. EE reported this injury and was taken to the clinic. Was diagnosed with a sprain. On 6/20, EE once again reported to clinic and was evaluated. EE was given restriction and physical therapy for an ankle strain.
