Narrative

EE was working on the 3rd floor of the Fine Crushing building. EE took a step backwards & tripped on the concrete curb that is used to support the mantle main shift. The EE fell to the floor but stated that EE was uninjured. On 6/16, the EE was seen by the clinic to be medically evaluated & EE was treated for a back strain/sprain & given restrictions & physical therapy.
