## Narrative

Employee was loading ram jack onto shearer, while repositioning the ram jack it shifted catching finger between the shearer and ram. Lack of employee concentration was the cause of this incident. PPE was not a factor, mining equipment and mining systems was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
