## Narrative

3/23/16 IE said ee tripped over a CM cable and twisted knee. IE finished the shift, was examined the next day and returned to full duty. Follow up MRI was done 6/2/16. IE was returned to full duty scheduled for orthoscopic surgery 6/21/16 for loose body removal. Post Op. notes revealed chondromalacia deterioration grade 2&3 but also an acute traumatic meniscus tear.
