The mine's Safety Department was notified on 6/27/2016 that this retired employee has been granted an award of 15% for Occupational Pneumoconiosis. Date of last exposure and filing date was 12-03-2015. This incident was caused by the employee's failure to wear respiratory protection during EE's career. EE did not violate any rules, regulations or policies.
