Narrative

EE had drilled into the mine roof 5.5 feet with 2 stackable drill steels, EE was attempting to place the third stackable steel into the roof bolter drill pot when the 2 that were in the hole dropped out striking and pinching the little finger on EE's left hand between the steel EE was holding and the ones that dropped out of the roof. Resulted in a laceration requiring 4 sutures.
