## Narrative

Employee was helping move a 3"" suction line. when EE entered the containment area, EE slipped and feet went out from under EE. The employee fell on butt first and rolled over onto right shoulder. EE stated was fine but the next day EE felt sore. On 7-1-16 EE decided that should go in and have shoulder looked at.
