On June 29, 2016 at approximately 10:10 PM a foreman reported that they saw an ignition in the crusher area of the Cogar Feeder/Crusher Serial #10-035 located on 1 Section at the tailpiece of #16 belt. The material in the crusher at the time of the alleged ignition was sandstone.
